Hey everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer and today we're taking a look at how the Kuat Piston SR Roof Mounted Bike Rack fits on the 2019 Nissan Sentra. If you wanna carry your bikes with your Nissan Sentra, I know your options are kind of limited. I highly recommend, if you can, getting a hitch receiver than getting a hitch-mounted biker rack but that can't always be the case for you. In that case, you may want either a trunk mounted bike rack, or a roof mounted bike rack. Trunk mounts, you lose access to your trunk. Roof mounts, it's a lot easier to use, it's more streamlined and you can leave it on your car. more

Hey everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer, and today, we're taking a look at how the Yakima HighSpeed Roof Mounted Bike Rack fits on the 2019 Nissan Sentra. So for your Nissan Sentra, if you wanna carry your own bikes, your options are limited, especially if you don't have a hitch receiver. You can get your trunk mounted bike rack, but then you lose access to your trunk and you have to deal with straps and clamps and things like that. If possible, and if you have a roof rack system, then I highly recommend getting a roof mounted bike rack as an option. Here, you have two different options, you can get like a wheel mounted bike rack or a fork mounted bike rack. So this has a 40 pound weight capacity, although you are gonna have to consider if you wanna lift a 40 pound bike up onto your roof. more

Hey everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer, and today, we're taking a look at how the Yakima HighRoad Roof Mounted Bike Rack fits on the 2019 Nissan Sentra. So for your Nissan Sentra, if you want to also go riding, you have limited options for getting a bike onto your car. Now, you can get a hitch receiver and then use hitch mounted bike racks, I highly recommend that option, but if you don't have a hitch, you're then stuck to either a trunk mounted bike rack or a roof mounted bike rack. In that case, I do recommend getting a roof mounted bike rack just because it's not that big of a hassle and it's safe and secure up top. So for roof mounted bike racks, there's usually two options, one is gonna be a fork mounted where you have to take your front wheel off, the other is wheel mount where you can keep your bike as is, just pop it on there. So this has a very interesting way of holding onto your bike, you have that front hold up there, then, you make your adjustments with this back one. more

So for your Nissan Sentra, if you wanna go out riding you have limited options for carrying around your bikes. If possible, please get a hitch receiver and a hitch mounted bike rack but also understand that's not always an option. In that case, you can either get a trunk mounted bike rack and lose access to your trunk and deal with a hassle of straps and clamps or get a roof mounted bike rack. As long as you have a roof rack system this is definitely the better option. Rhino Rack Roof Basket Review - 2017 Nissan Sentra- Video

Speaker 1: Today on our 2017 Nissan Sentra, we're going to be doing a test fit on the rhino rack xtray pro cargo basket and two bike carrier. That's part number RRRMCB03. I've already got it loaded up on the Sentra on my roof rack system just to give you a good idea of what it looks like and how it's going to hold our bikes. It's about 58 inches long, about 41 inches wide, and about 5 and a half inches deep. So not only is it going to carry our two bikes, but we're going to have more than enough room to carry gear. Yakima ForkLift Roof Mounted Bike Rack Review - 2008 Nissan Sentra- Video

Today on our 2008 Nissan Sentra we're going to be test fitting the Yakima Forklift Roof Mounted Bike Carrier, part number y02098. To install our carrier, we'll begin by placing it on top of our crossbars. We'll open up the clamp at the head of the bike rack and fit it around our front crossbar and then we'll tighten it down with the T-bolt and wing nut. After its tightened down we can go ahead and slide the cover back into place and we can reinstall our skewer. At the back we'll need to slide the clamp over our rear crossbar and again we'll tighten it down with a T-bolt and wing nut. Now we're ready to load our bike. more

Thule Domestique Roof Bike Rack Review - 2008 Nissan Sentra- Video

Today on our 2008 Nissan Sentra we're going to be test fitting the Thule Domestique Roof Mounted Bike Carrier, part number th513. To begin our test fit, we'll sit the head of the bike carrier on top of our front crossbar. We'll fit the clamp around and tighten it down with the included Allen wrench. At the rear of the bike rack we'll position the clamp over the rear crossbar and again use the included Allen key to tighten it down. With our bike rack secured to the roof rack we can go ahead and replace our skewer. We'll make sure that the wheel strap is open and then we'll be ready to mount our bike. more

Swagman Fork Down Roof Bike Rack Review - 2008 Nissan Sentra- Video

Today on our 2008 Nissan Sentra we're going to be test rating the Swagman Fork-Style Roof Mounted Bike Carrier, part number s64710. We'll place the bike rack up on top of our crossbars. At the front, we'll fit the two U-bolts around the cross bars and use the wing nuts to secure the front of the bike rack. Next we'll move to the back of the bike carrier. We'll fit the U-bolt through the carrier from the top this time. We'll take the clamp and two wing nuts to clamp around the bar from the bottom. more

RockyMounts TieRod Roof Bike Rack Review - 2008 Nissan Sentra- Video

Today on our 2008 Nissan Sentra we're going to be test fitting the RockyMounts TieRod Roof Mounted Bike Carrier, part number rky1014. We'll go ahead and lift up the bike carrier and sat it on top of our crossbars. We'll feed the straps at the head of the carrier around our front bar and lock them back into the head and use an Allen key to tighten them down. At the back we use the clamp and tighten down with an Allen wrench as well. Once we've done that we're ready to load up our bike. We'll pick the bike up, place the rear wheel into the wheel tray and drop the front fork down into our skewer. more

RockyMounts TieRod Stretch Roof Bike Rack Review - 2008 Nissan Sentra- Video

Today on our 2008 Nissan Sentra we'll be test fitting the RockyMounts TieRod Stretch Roof Mounted Bike Carrier, part number rky1011. Now with our roof rack system already assembled and installed on the vehicle we'll sat the carrier onto the crossbars. It's important that the carrier is perpendicular to the crossbars and parallel to the vehicle to ensure that the brackets have a proper fit onto the crossbars. We'll bring the rubber-coated steel straps around the underside of the front crossbar and hook them into position. We'll then move to the rear of the carrier. This is where we'll loosen up the bracket, swing it around the underside of the rear crossbar and use the included Allen key to tighten it down. more

RockyMounts TieRod Roof Bike Rack Review - 2012 Nissan Sentra- Video

Alright, today on this 2012 Nissan Sentra we're going to do a test fit of RockyMounts TieRod Bicycle Rack, part number RKY1014. Ok, now our Sentra has already been equipped with a roof rack using the elliptical bars so all you do is place our bike rack on top of it. Let's start off by setting the front part of the bike rack on top of the front crossbar and make sure that the straps go underneath and around to the clips on the front of the bike rack. Then we'll go ahead and raise up the back half and align the clamp up with the back bar. With the bike rack loosely attached, we'll go ahead and move around to the spot we want and then we'll go ahead and tighten it down. We'll go ahead and tighten down the hardware for the back bar and then we'll go ahead and use a 6mm Allen key to tighten down the front clamp. more
